Background--the story of Eloa
This poem by Alfred de Vigny left a lasting impression on me a few years ago.
According to the myth, Eloa was an angel said to have been born from Jesus's tears as he wept at Lazarus's grave. She descended in hopes of saving Lucifer, but instead, fell in love and went to Hell with him.

Yay for my first legitimate nude! This photo was shot in a secret creek literally 10 minutes behind my boyfriend's house (thanks babez for showing me!). We checked the conditions on Monday, and Tuesday I was lucky enough to have Meghan agree to shoot this with me so last minute! Also, this was my first time shooting with a natural redhead. *so happy* she's such a sweetheart!

I'm definitely proud of this photo. Nice way to kick off my new body of work for 2012!
